I know I could be doing a lot more and being more productive, but for me, what I'm doing right now works very well. It's great that you use your lunch hour and commute times productively, and that you use Google Docs. I think for all of us who work full-time as employees, we have to treat our employer as our customer: with integrity, so that we are not taking time from them to do our own business.
